Okay I have to admit, it was the DwellStudio pillows that caught my eye in this first photo. I was then inspired to pull together some additional beautiful dining room inspiration to share.
I specifically tried to find dining areas that had a relaxed and casual quality about them — but of course could be dressed up if needed.

Howard Butcher Bloc...
I really like the first 3 - I'd love to have a settee like the one on the first photo for my dining area...
The second one is my favorite, looks like a sun porch.
The settee in the first perfect!
The sixth picture mural is beautiful but the furniture looks too picnic style for the mural.
I somehow don't find any of these dining areas particularly inspiring. Am I missing something?
The second one is my favorite.
I know they're popular here on AT, but are those wire chairs (#7 & #10) comfortable? For any extended period of time?
Pretty pictures. I would only consider actually sitting for an entire dinner in the chairs from 3.6 and 9.
Style at Home and Cdn House & Home - awesome Canadian shelter mags. Good showing!

Yes the Bertoia chair with a pad cushion as shown are actually pretty comfortable.
Love the idea of putting sofa/loveseat seating at the table but find the idea of dripped beverages and dropped food products accumulating into and on fabric a bit gross.
these are so awesome and beyond inspirational...we really do need to decorate our breakfast nook more...although it's quite simple and appealing to me, these have me thinking that it's in great need of some more UMPH! :)
here's our nook: http://www.casacullen.com/2010/02/diy-before-and-after-butcher-block-island-and-breakfast-nook-table.html
i love the last one! the big fireplace reminds me of an old farmhouse, but the sleek floors and surprising choice of furniture bring it up to date. i would maybe look for a more comfortable chair, though. the wire frame doesn't look inviting.
beautiful!
lwenski I agree.but you could have the fabric treated with a finish like Nano-Tex so its cleanable.

Scotchgard-ed fabrics and large cloth napkins solve that problem.
Love the DwellStudio pillows! They're on sale right now too! Looks like I should do a little shopping on their website!
The people sitting in the wire chairs in pic #1 would be way lower than those sitting on the settee...just sayin'
My favorite is #2. Maybe because I live in the Midwest and spend too much time indoors, but I just love a room with lots of windows.
Oh, the fifth photo is wonderful! I love the white table and chairs - all so dainty!
Those chairs in #9 are really interesting. Does anyone know the source?
i really dislike the denim tablecloth in pic #6. yuck.
Love the table in pix 4! It appears like a flower stem in a way...out of metal! I would have loved this idea on a recent "island" table where we used a carved wood base...this is elegant yet simple. Beautiful pix. ~ Cheryl

Oooh. Love the table and all white scheme but with pop of red. I would frame this and put on my wall as art!!

I love all of these! I especially like the fireplace in the kitchen in the last photo.
