Inspiration: Al Gore's Desk

Anti-inspiration, maybe. Al Gore's desk was TUAW's Rig of the Week. He certainly has a rig with his three 30" Apple displays. But boy does he need an office "cure" for all that paperwork. Somebody needs to give him a scanner or at least a good file cabinet.

I wish I was Al Gore.

If I was Al Gore people would think I was Intelligent. Forward Thinking. Revolutionary. Just right to be President, even if I don't run.

Instead they look at my desk, which is in just the same condition as his, and think I need to tidy up.

3 monitors tv on. And this man wants us to live responsibly? Clean up your desk, after your done with that clean up your act.

maybe what we aren't seeing is the pedal system he has set up to generate the power to run those electronics ;D

They're LCD screens, so they aren't using too much power - the 3 of them probably use less juice than a conventional 27" boob tube.

It's ok because he buys credits to offset his energy usage!!!!
