Inspiration: An Italian Country Home

To be filed for next summer: The details at Numero 7, a country home in The Marche of Italy, are enough to make us wistful for the recently-departed summer...The house numbers (and letters) in driftwood on the side of the house project a laid-back, natural quality. We can see giving this a go at a beach house or some such getaway.

The other detail we're really admiring is the awning design over the outdoor patios. The awnings are triangular in shape, with two corners attached to the house and the third held away with a single post. The simple design looks effortless and elegant.

Check out more of Numero 7 at the B&B's website and at Marche Country Homes realty company.
