We're in awe of all the play kitchens we've seen by our readers over the years. But don't forget the first step in cooking a great meal - the shopping. When we spotted this play store at Bloesem Kids we were inspired, and maybe even a little obsessed.

As a child, I always wanted to play storekeeper. I had two cash registers set up full of play money and a stack of brown paper bags on the ready. Then I'd force anyone around me to shop my store so that I could ring them up. Oh how I would have loved to have a store like Noortje's Bazar, something her father made for her. We really like the setup - the shop sign, the doorway, the back shelf, the slanted front display, and the neat little spot for the cash register.
