Our friends over at Design Sponge shared this fabulous hanger idea from Morgane Rouault, in Berlin. She used old boards, some cute drawer pulls and a bit of left over gift wrap to add some extra personality to her walls. Not only is it practical, but it can be customized to fit any space, even the bedrooms of our little ones. Click through the jump for details...

This idea would look great down low for little hands to reach, without the fear of adults jabbing themselves in the shin each time they walk by. The knobs provide just enough depth to hold spare blankets, towels, jackets, backpacks and more.

Morgane built hers from boards, although you could use regular drawer fronts just as easily. Make sure to check Craigslist for dressers that are missing drawers. They list for next to nothing and would be perfect for this task! Hang just one, or several in a grouping for dramatic effect. There's sure to always be something to hang on them!
