Feeling inspired from the Nursery Colors Contest, AT reader Mandy sent us photos of her daughter Elsie's room to share with everyone.
Of the playful room which Mandy calls a French hat box nursery, Mandy remarks it is, "...pink and chocolate stripes with a hint of girlie and Dr.Seuss." How fun!

Thanks for submitting your photos, Mandy! And be sure to check out the rest of our inspirational posts.

WOW! That is stunning. What a sophisticated lady Elsie is going to grow up to be! Great job.
very well done! love it
Is that paint or wallpaper or wood? I like that the colors have a different tone.
This is a very nice nursery.
I love the lighting fixture! where is it from?
this looks like a room for parents, not children.

I disagree. It looks like a very cozy and calm room, which is perfect for a nursery. The sophistication of the room is to the baby's benefit!!!
Beautiful. It's not necessarily my taste, but I think it's a wonderful room! It's not busy - which would appeal to me after a long day with a baby...
wow what a glam room, simple stuff but WHAT an effect! fabulous!
Absolutely gorgeous!
I think the lighting fixture is from West Elm . . . I have a similar one, only I have the lamp version.
This room is so gorgeous! Little Elsie is one lucky girl!
What paint colors were used in this room?
