Ok, so this sofa isn't really made from Wiffle Balls, but when you've got kids sports paraphernalia spilling out of your closets, it's easy to think that you could make one from them. Turns out, you can make something similar for right around $40!

The sofa above is really from yii and made it's debut at the Milan Design Week recently and can be seen in it's full glory over at designboom. There's 420 woven bamboo balls that make up this sofa and although you could secretly order that many online so your neighbors or the clerk at the sporting goods store don't think you're nuts, there's an easier idea — make a chair!

You could easily get that number down around the 100 or less mark which when purchasing them in a 12 pack for $5 would make a unique chair for your kids for about $40 (not including shipping of the wiffle balls). What do you think of the idea? Would your kids think it's cool or crazy talk? Let us know below!
