We wanted to highlight the powder room because like the kitchen, it's probably a high traffic area. While a powder room is typically super small, it usually packs a punch. Most of the small space design ideas that are used in a powder room can be inspirational for other parts of the home where you're goal is to make less seem like more...

Mr. Jeffers uses a whimsical, leaf-patterned wallpaper to make the space flow. In addition, an ornate mirror and hand sink give the viewer something to focus on (rather than the small space).

A pink patterned wallpaper is the backdrop in this powder room. The space seems endless with its mirrored sink vanity and shiny tiled floors.

Black and white paisley and houndstooth prints give your eyes little rest as you look from the wall to the fabric wrapped sink.

Eye candy above in the form of a glittering chandelier mixed with a black and white patterned wallpaper again give your eyes something to look at (instead of focusing on the teeny space).

If you do choose to keep the palette simple, add decor for your guests to glance at. This powder room mixes vintage family photos and clean lines for a roomier effect.

Where would that pink-tree-graphic wallpaper be found? It just might rescue our bath!
I would love to take a pic of the Kelly Wearstler bathroom at Maison 140 in Beverly Hills... I go there often for a drink with office mates... beautiful & simple... they don't show the lobby powder room on www.kwid.com
Lovely powder rooms!
Please please tell me the color for the first bathroom (pink).
I miss having a powder room.
