>Much in the same spirit as the thumbtack mural that we posted about here, this wall art was created with a staple gun. The DIY possibilities are endless if you have a bit of time, a good idea, and a relaxed landlord (or, a whole lot of spackle).
French artist Baptiste Debombourg used over 35,000 staples to create these "frescoes" on the wall. The texture and shine of the metal create a very dynamic effect, and we think that this idea could be translated in some creative ways in the home. This is a great idea for an earthquake safe piece over the bed!
