May is Spring Cleaning month and as much as I absolutely despise the actual cleaning, I welcome it with open arms each year. One of my favorite rooms in our home to organize and clean is our home office because it's one of the easiest places to whip into shape &mdash we're here to offer up some inspiration to make it easier on you. Here's a roundup of eight great organized workspaces. You'll find tips ranging from filing cabinets below desks to utilizing vertical square footage:

&bull Adam's Art Showcase A desk with drawers is a great way to hide a keyboard and leave the desk free and open.
&bull Gregory's Refreshed & Refreshing Home Office Our very own Gregory provided himself with ample storage. Not only with added cabinets under his desk, but with dividers inside each drawer!
&bull Shauna & Stephen's Lively Loft Stephen organized his workspace perfectly with the use of clear plastic bins and peg boards.
&bull Tim's Dual Use Home Office Tim is the winner of the Unplggd Perfect Workspace Contest. He built the desk and shelving and utilized the vertical square footage perfectly.
&bull Melissa & Henry's Small Live/Work Home Large prebuilt shelving is also a great way to take advantage of vertical square footage. The shelving provides ample space to store supplies or collections.

&bull Jennifer's DIY Workspace & Home Office On the subject of vertical square footage, don't forget about the space under the desk. Most filing cabinets are designed at a height to fit under a desk. Even if you can't afford filing cabinets, any shelving unit will do &mdash it's so easy to make dividers or hang curtains to hide them.
&bull Refreshing Work Space Miss Vu demonstrates that you don't need every pen or piece of paper on or around your desk. Sometimes it's refreshing to have just the basics, which happens to make organizing super easy.
&bull Jason's Closet Office Obviously an office in a closet is a great asset to workspace organization.
