not a bad one in the bunch... VERY inspiring
i'm sorry, but i must comment on how beautifully the hand towel is hung in the 9th bathroom... perfection
Well I'm suddenly in the mood to light some candles & run a bath.....oh yeah - and pour a glass of wine!
That 1st bathroom is heaven...should have lit a fire for the photo shoot. Mmmmmm.
What happened to "apartment" therapy? You know, therapy for the RENTERS of apartments? Who can't do things like any of these bathrooms. I have a great apartment with humongous windows, closet space, French doors and high ceilings. I can paint, but am stuck with the ugly bathroom tub and dated/cheap one-piece plastic surround, and the builder's grade generic (tiny, cheap) vanity, with no medicine cabinet. Same in kitchen - painted the cabinets, but stuck with the appliances and layout. Also have gross brownish grayish tanish "office carpeting" throughout. I need apartment therapy. Not homeowner or apartment owner therapy.
Apartments can be owned, rented, sub-let, etc... no?
I do own my space and have the freedom to remodel, but unless I choose to eliminate a bedroom (to turn into a bathroom with freestanding tub) these are pretty unrealistic for me. Don't get me wrong - I think they're beautiful, but more suited to Architectural Digest than Apartment Therapy.
Sunan, sure - that's true. But unless you own, you can't be ripping up your bathroom a la Architectural Digest. And if you sublet, you can't do anything at all (generally speaking.)It's frustrating, for sure.
