Inspiring Kids Closet Organization

We admire homes that are organized behind the scenes as well as out in the open. And having an organization system in place in kids closets is more than just an aesthetic plus - it can reduce the chaos that often accompanies getting kids dressed especially as they become older, moving (often jumping) targets. These closets are fabulous! What I really need help with, though, is a long narrow closet in my daughters' room. It's the width of a regular interior door, but about 7'-8' feet deep. I'd love to maximize the space, but it just isn't wide enough to hang shelves like this. Anyone have any ideas?
