With its latest app update, Instagram gets a Facebook favorite: people tagging for photos. Tagged photos will appear in a "Photos of you" feed, and starting May 16, will be visible on your public web profile. Old and new photos with @ mentions in the comments won't auto-convert to tags, but will have to be tagged manually.
