Should I Install Floor Tile or Cabinets First?

Good Questions

Q: I'm finally coming up to my savings goal and will soon be able to tackle my planned bathroom and kitchen changes, which include replacing the awful non-slip tiles (read: non-clean tiles). I am also wanting to replace my toilet and vanity in the bathroom, and the kitchen cabinets. My question is — should I install the units first and then tile up to them, or tile the whole floor and place the units on top?
