Do you like color but not sure you want a whole room painted? Or maybe you have a piece of furniture or a door that needs repainting you haven't yet figured out what color to paint it?
Bright and unexpected pops of color are happy and chic. Jonathan Adler would approve!

Great photos! I totally covet the mustard armoire and the blue table.
oooooh- this might be my favorite way of incorporating color- painting singular pieces bright & bold!
Especially love the yellow dresser- reminds me of the scavenged mirror I just painted bright yellow. Just re-did our library & it made the perfect final touch... :)

We had a tiny cheap side table. It was painted a very chipped white and I gave my husband the choice of any color to repaint it. He came home with a bright turquoise high-gloss paint and it looks incredible. It's just the right amount of color for a corner.
ooooh bright turquoise! I've been telling myself that the next piece of furniture I paint I'll do that color- I bet it looks stunning k_darling!
Who was it (Adler?) who advised 'when in doubt, paint it orange'? We took that advice with our kitchen backsplash and loved it! Love the orange cabinet.
I love the walls of the first photo- It took me awhile to focus on anything else.
