Whether you have a set of matching votives or just a bunch of loose tea light candles, arranging them on a table instantly ups the romance factor. Click below for a few ideas...
- Use a cake stand or tray as a platform for clustered candles.
- If you don't have votives on hand, subsitute ramekins or empty glass jars.
- Arrange tea lights in a straight line in the center of the table for a minimalist look.
- For tea light and votive sources, see this post.

Put tea lights in beautiful old porcelain teacups, with or without a matching saucer. The light glows through the delicate porcelain.
The tea light ideas are great!
Is it possible share the source of those fantastic goldfish print pillows? I cover them!
I'm also totally diggin' the fish pillows... more so than the tea lights even!
Yeah, those koi caught my eye immediately! Anyone know where they're from?
I would like to know the koi pillow source as well!
Me too! (Koi fabric.)
I wonder if it could be repurposed Japanese Boy's Day kite fabric? Or if it is yardage with that look??
I have seen dress goods with a similar design a few years ago at a regular sewing fabric store, but the scale was much smaller.
forget the fabric - that LAMP! Who makes it? Gorgeous!
