I saw some exquisite interior photography at Art Basel Miami and got to thinking about the interesting combinations that could be made if these works were placed in thoroughly-designed rooms instead of all-white gallery settings. The above picture is from OMR Gallery by Candida Höfer, as seen at Art Basel.
Though my show photography doesn't capture the detail in these images, they are a good starting point with which to hopefully pique your interest in the artform.

I am really loving this idea...very "Alice through the looking glass." Anyone know of more affordable options??? -- other than taking a photo myself and blowing it up because that would be way too hard :)
