Why are there 8 international finalists but only 4 from each city?

I am glad there are 2 groups of international finalists; the international entries, although few in number, are particularly strong, and it would be unfortunate not to recognize that some way.

No 1. is Danielle and Lakshan, I don't see how it could be any other way; the entry is a stand out displaying the right level of subtlety where its needed in a small place. Congratulations to all the entries in this category as all four use space well and cohesively (I haven't yet a chance to look at Part B in this category).
