Welcome everyone to our new weekly video series in which we will attempt to bring posts to life and share with you the people that we've been meeting behind the scenes. Click on the video above and let me introduce to you our new season.... it's like Downton Abbey crossed with Smash and Mad Men... :-) (Thanks to Daniel Kluger for composing the music!)

Commercial Flour Sa...
OK, but the next one should be done in period costume.
Love this idea, am looking forward to more video posts.
Great idea! This will be fun. Maybe a house tour video?? yeah!!!
love it! i've enjoyed your video cure in the past. would love to see some video on gardening in urban spaces.
We are working on doing house tours! And there are several urban gardening posts coming up - stay tuned! :)
Pirate keys?
Really?
I like the idea, but I'd prefer (per Jasmineisdomestic) a bear costume.
Can't wait!!
I love this idea! DIY projects are my fave. Looking forward to it :)
Would it be possible for you guys to either caption the videos or post transcripts? I'm reasonably certain I'm not your only hard of hearing reader. Thanks!
You guys really killed it with the manipulation of the clock/calendar. Very silly. :D This is awesome.
I LOVE the Y and the 14 over the clock. It's a great way of making a mistake something funny.
I think time lapse videos on setting up a new apt etc. would be pretty cool. touch on main pieces that pull spaces together...or re-vamping old pieces for a new space.
I'm a college student and I would love to see any videos on extremely low budget decorating. Like, finding-things-on-the-side-of-the-road low budget.
Wonderful idea. :- ) Thank you for keeping the creative fires burning - so important!
Just please don't combine this with the sex column, I beg you.
Yes! DIY and apartment tours would be lovely!
We want more Fay Wolf!
looking foward to organizational videos and ones on gardening!
So, I don't see the "Smash" connection yet -- waiting. Patiently.
;^)
Can't wait for DIY, organization, rental decorating videos. :-)
I love apartment therapy!
Sounds fun!
love it! it's early in the morning and I'm on my first cup of coffee, so my first thought is... "wait... what?? I have a whole year of videos to catch up on"????
You know, if this takes off as it hopefully will, you could even move in the direction of "ATtv" and give the proverbial boot to hgtv's ridiculous lineup of house hunting- room crashing- virgin buyers that makes me detest their programming. I can see it now: relevant segments on apartment/small cool DIY, chic balcony gardens, a peek into a design trade show, interviews with noteworthy bloggers, and an etsy/craigslist feature. The possibilities are endless!
I agree with Zenagent. It can be really good, so please... reconsider the pirate keys (huh?). Also, I don't see the point of "Downton Abbey" here. If you're doing a house tour of an English mannor, maybe. Otherwise.. it sounds gimmicky - kinda like pirate keys, actually.
Be smart about this, and very matter of factish. I second the time lapse sequences idea, that'd be cool.
Thanks a lot for the informative videos! Any tips on decorating an apartment with string lights?!
