The folks behind Ladies and Gentlemen Studio never stop amazing us with their creative use of everyday items. You might have spotted their color dipped spoons over at The Kitchn. Well, they're back and this time their mixing and matching in the world of brass. Can you tell how these tables were made?
Old brass lamps were taken apart to reveal all these individual pieces. They were then reassembled back into side tables that offer a big punch of metallic-goodness and a little texture while keeping a small footprint.
You can pick up one of their masterpieces from their webstore or attempt to make one on your own. Although the lamps you find in the thrift stores might be boring, don't discount them for their parts, you never know when that lamp might just be able to turn into your next DIY side table project. Don't forget, if it's not solid brass you can use oven cleaner to turn it into chrome! Ooh la la!

Such a great idea!
I'd like them more in another color... maybe painted black? Not very original I know but I'm not that fond of the "antiqued" brass look. Nice idea anyhow !
It would be great to oil the brass and use it outside... it would look very ship-ish.
... why would it not be called an end table?
Pretty fun, if the style appeals.
ddffaaa - little tip for you no one is going to read your spam. You should use your efforts elsewhere in a way that you might actually get some foot traffic on your website, maybe pay for some advertisement those blogs where the readers might be interested in Dior knockoffs..you are wasting your talents hon.
