Q: Does anyone know who makes this wall shelf or where I can get one? I saw it on the Swedish real estate website Stadshem and I fell in love with it. It reminds me of the iconic String shelves by Nisse Strinning, but I’ve had no luck searching for it on the internet.
And unfortunately this is the best picture I could capture of it on the Stadshem website. Any help would be appreciated!

You could make your own version! I found this wire magazine rack online for only $12. All it would take is finding the right shelf material and attaching the rack underneath. I'm thinking the taller/straight portion would attach to the underside of the shelf, which would make the shorter, curved side the "bottom" of the rack where the magazines would go.

Actually, I believe it is a String telephone shelf. Can also this classified ads site in Sweden: www.blocket.se , search for "telefonhylla" as Myran pointed to, and mail the sellers explaining your situation. If they're kind, you might be lucky.
Check Chiasso, Sundance Catalog, and Wisteria. i've been seeing things similar in spirit to this shelf.
I have a shelf exactly like this that was purchased at an office supply store roughly 5 years ago. Mine is chrome. It was labeled as a file/printer paper shelf... I would check places like office max or staples (or their websites). Good luck!
It's not really a String shelf, but a shelf made in the "spirit" of String, by Nisse Strinning. They are from the fifties and is supposed to hold a telephone book and a phone. Swedish eBay will give you plenty, but not sure everyone will ship to the states.
