Q: I have a mid-century or classic contemporary chair that looks very much like a Pauli Blomstedt design I've seen on-line. I love the chair but have to move and need to sell it. I'm wondering if this is a nice reproduction or something more authentic and either way how much is it worth? I got the chair at a warehouse auction sale in Los Angeles where there were many designer pieces, etc.

Shaw's Original Fir...
I will give you 5 bux for it. I totally swear that is a good deal.
Send photos to a store that sells high end MCM and ask if they're interested in buying. If they are, go from there. Or try an auction house that does MCM auctions.
This looks like Anton Lorenz. He was a contemporary of Marcel Breuer who also worked for Thonet. They both designed chairs in a similar manner.
