Q: My husband and I are about to renovate our bathroom. We are going to take it from horrific mid-1900's powder blue to early 1900's classic, complete with white wainscot, antique clawfoot tub and pedistal sink. We are debating using wallpaper in the bathroom. I would love to do either a toile or maybe damask pattern but my husband is afraid that the steam from the shower will cause the wallpaper to peel. Is wallpaper in the bathroom a bad idea? I'd appreciate any tips or advice you may have. Sent by Sarah
