The Playboy Mansion is on the market. For $200 million, the 5-acre estate could be yours—but there's a catch. Hef stays.

The 20,000 square foot property hit the market on Monday as a way for Playboy to fund "the [continued] transformation of [their] business," CEO Scott Flanders said in a statement. But Hefner, who has been living in the Holmby Hills estate since 1971 and has no intention of leaving. At least you can crash in the four bedroom guesthouse?
