Sad. I always think of Cherry Blossom Season as Japanese. People are suffering and are without homes...sober thoughts worth attention. Donations to the Red Cross are always a good way to pitch in.
I saw an item on tv from Japan of people searching through rubble, of crowds in shelters, and of cherry blossom on city streets - the ephemeral nature of everything.
Not bad for the tv news...
I love cherry blossoms (I even have a tattoo of them) but I think there are some better choices/options of them in design. None of these really grabbed me.
