i found this blog a bit ago, and it's great.
partially inspired me to woodgrain my brother in law's xbox 360. I had a roll of woof contact paper, i bought it for a different project, and when he was visiting decided to do a custom overlay on the front. It looked great, and it was still on when I say him over T-Day. He said a lot of his friends had asked about it. Since then i did a quick wrap on my guitar hero guitar, and whatever else around here need a little wood.
is the top right pic drawer knobs?
I'm really puzzled by the popularity of faux bois on this site, and then the amount of people who recommend painting over the real thing. Ohh well, I suppose it's not necessarily the same people making the same suggestions.
