It's no secret that we here at Apartment Therapy are big fans of SF-based artist Rex Ray
. His colorful, biomorphic work is captivating and, we've always found, inspiring. It seems we're not the only ones who glean inspiration from his work, as this apartment attests to.
Interior designer Amy Lau used her client's Ray work as a jumping off point for styling their home, and what an amazing job she did. Decorative touches throughout the house mimic Ray's style, from the colorful stretched vases to the Ray-designed rug.
• Check out more pictures and an interview with Lau on the project at Decorati.
