East Village - New York, New York
After spending the past eight years with all white walls, I wanted my new space to have lots of color. It's a small studio, so I only painted half of the walls to create the illusion that the alcove is more of a separate room.
"Poolside Blue" was a bold choice, but I love the Caribbean feel it brings to the apartment. Living compactly without clutter means everything has a home in a drawer or decorative box, from extra pens to books to house keys.
