J.C. Penney (Mostly) Drops Martha Stewart

In an effort to erase all traces of former CEO Ron Johnson, J.C. Penney is no longer selling Martha Stewart bed and bath products. The categories were the subject of a lawsuit by Macy's, which claims to have exclusive right to the domestic diva's wares in that realm. J.C. Penney gave up its stakes in MSLO, but their revised deal still has Martha designing window treatments and rugs for the struggling department store.
