Have something to celebrate in style? Dom Pérignon is releasing a limited edition rosé with a label designed by artist Jeff Koons. The champagne is a 2003 vintage and comes with a miniature version of Koons' Venus of Willendorf. The package retails for $20,000, and only a few hundred will be made.
