America's sweetheart herself, Jennifer Aniston, is allegedly looking for real estate in her and our hometown and has settled on a 15-million dollar penthouse in the West Village.
The property is located at 2 Horatio Street and recently underwent a thorough renovation. Other impressive details include plentiful outdoor space in the form of two patios and three terraces, and intricate herringbone wood floors. The interior has some nice details and we're sure Jen is going to inject plenty of her cool mid-century aesthetic into the place.
Sure, it seems fabulous and all, but to be honest we're most interested in the future Jake Gyllenhaal sightings.

Shaw's Original Fir...
Forget Jake...that apartment is GORGEOUS. I would be in that shower overlooking the city everyday, all day, for the rest of my natural life!
Nice going for someone who was just given a razzie for the worst actress in America.
I want that apartment AND Jake. Is that asking for too much?
I admire Jennifer's acting, I feel that her talent and authenticity are extraordinary.
Too bad this article gives the address. That's uncalled for.
This is gross. She could buy an over the top apartment for 6 million, and donate 9 million to charity.
Actually, she could probably buy this apartment and still donate 9 million to charity. The apartment has nothing to do with donating to charity..
Other than the floors--I'm not a big fan of that design of wood (herringbone?)--I think the place is gorgeous. Oh, to be rich enough to afford a place like this...
wow that is sad that a humn being would actually even consider paying 15 million for an apartment, let alone a full blown house.. this is the celebrity mentality that they have the funds to just simply BLOW it on whatever.... in their next life perhaps they will be poor, and homeless and see the other celebrities wasting $$$ on crap, then they will understand.. but then it is too late.
pathetic spending.
I need that bathroom.
Jennifer A is one of my favorite actresses :)
Drooling over the bathroom and kitchen, but aside from the bed and fireplace, I'm really not impressed with the bedroom.
The kitchen layout seems odd and not very functional. But maybe she doesn't cook much.
Those floors are gorgeous. Just lovely.
um, this is apartment therapy. Let's discuss design and not acting. I think E! has a place for that.
Does anyone know who decorated this place? He or she is seriously talented and I want to know them.
It's a sad day to learn that yet another actor has more money than god.
Chanttojah, your comment is terrible and ugly.
Some of the comments got really snarky or mean very fast. Sheesh.
Nice interiors and the views are amazing.
Lovely bathroom. The pink chair and throw just don't work in that bedroom and something off with that bed style in that room. That room could of been so much more romantic with those floors and fireplace. Like the desk,
Bitter Bitter! Now since this about interior design let me just say I like it. She's one lucky chick and next time apartment therapy have a little respect and help her out so she can avoid the spooks and weirdos. Don't put the address!
I love the bathroom.
fantastic bathroom, amazing views. The kitchen is weird though. I can't imagine how that would work...
damnit i missed what Channtojah posted! AT nerds deleted it already, I guess. :-(
Is it just me???
or is a good telescope all a creepy neighbor would need for a good eyeful...
White shades couldn't take too much away
from the beauty in this bathroom...
Get a grip folks, this isn't an apartment, it's a penthouse in a prime area of New York City. NYC isn't cheap by any means! It's a beautiful place and she can very well afford it.
The kitchen is set up to also be a dining room. If you look at the floorplan in the Curbed story, you'll see how it's set up. I think that they did a great job with a kitchen that is probably about 8-9 feet wide and attached a maid's room or something as the dining room with banquette.
Gorgeous!
Can anyone tell me where to find a mirror like that (in the bedroom shot)? I'm looked at Bloomingdale's, Pottery Barn, Room and Board, Macy's, etc.
Even if you could tell me the name of that type of mirror, that would help tremendously! Thanks!
