Lisa wrote us a few weeks ago with a Good Question about filling the space above her son's new "big boy" bed which happened to be a Jenny Lind style bed. Lisa has always loved this style bed and told us she was determined to get one for her child whether she had a boy or a girl. Well, she has a boy and suggested we round up great examples of Jenny Lind cribs and beds in boys' rooms - great idea! Here you go!
You may associate the more ornate style of Jenny Lind with girls' rooms, but we think this gallery proves they work beautifully for boys. Click through the links to see more of these terrific spaces.

Commercial Flour Sa...
does anyone have an affordable source for jenny lind beds? I've been searching for 2 years and haven't had any luck.
For cribs? They're about $169 on Amazon. I'm registered for a white one right now! There's a $69 conversion kit as well for a toddler bed.
local auctions? I got a twin size for my daughter for $40 at an auction.
I purchased my son's crib from sears for $120. I've also seen them at wal-mart for the same price. It's not the best quality out there but mine has held up just fine.
I had a turquoise Jenny Lind bed for my daughter; worked perfectly for my son too.
Something to think about! :)
I'm really curious as to the process for painting that red Jenny Lind crib.
