Over the weekend we hit up the great Glenwood Avenue Arts Fest for some neighborhood energy and talent. One such talent is Jenny Larsen of Jenny's Mosaics...

A previous student at the Chicago Mosaic School, Jenny uses hand-cut glass on both glass and wood surfaces to create one-of-a-kind pieces. Her large scale mosaic windows are made to order (and priced according to specifications, materials, and size - think average $500 range), like Sunny Disposition (pictured above) and Tunisian Starry Night (below). Her glass on wood frames, boxes and mirrors start at $60. Check out the new Fall collection, too, which is playful with its autumn themes.
