Wall of mirrors is pretty cool.

There's something incredibly relaxing about that kitchen. I really like that they've made it very welcoming and pulled-together while working around what they have (as opposed to gutting and remodeling, which isn't always in the cards).

And oh, the little dog face in the third photo! So sweet!

Love the modern table cloth, elegant bathroom mirror and wall of mirrors above the couch. I was planning on putting a long mirror above my couch, but a collection of smaller mirrors might have more character.

However, I'd also say, I love the drawers on your dresser/nightstand. Is that some sort of wallpaper in the centers?

This is just darling!! I love how every room is like a different oasis, while keeping the same style flowing throughout the space!! Although green is not a favored color of mine, that kitchen is just adorable!! I'm torn between the living room & dining area as my favorite.

I love how each room is very black/white but with a touch of cohesive color. The wall of mirrors is fabulous.

Greyhounds are the ultimate small space dogs! Since so many Small Cool Contest entries have Greyhounds, AT should do a special on them.

@AURORAVA, I totally agree! It would be amazing for AT to do a special piece about Greyhounds now, too, since there will be a LOT of dogs who will need homes if the legislation in Florida goes through.

Jennifer, thank you for showing up to the competition prepared!! I think your house is amazing!! I love how even though there is so much black, the house is still very bright and cheery. I love the splashes of green, shades of grey, and a touch of pink. Gorgeous. Some of the other contestants should take note. THIS is how you enter a contest, and THIS is how you win. Definitely adding you to my list of favorites!

@Aurorava and @Madeittothemoon YES!!! I had total misconceptions about greyhounds needing lots of space and exercise. That was BEFORE I adopted one. I have had my Darla for 3.5 years and I can assure you all, greyhounds are indeed the perfect apartment/small space dogs. What they say about them being "45 MPH couch potatoes" is so accurate! They are lazy bums! I would love for AT to do a post on them!

Everything about your home is truly gorgeous. So many unique features... from the wall of mirrors to the shelving vignette and wall decal in the bathroom to the cool bedside dresser in your bedroom to the welcoming and cozy kitchen and I could go on! Wow. The thought and time you put into your space is totally obvious. Good luck!

Love the place, quite beautiful.
But I don't think it's very fair to the other contestants that truly live and make do with small spaces. The average size of a one bedroom is 800-1100 sq. ft., so at 999 it isn't very small at all.
I know it complies with the rules and it would be hard for AT to make further restrictions, but a one bedroom at 999 sq. ft is average, where as a 3 bedroom at 999 sq. ft is something to be admired.

Ms. Jennifer...I love your house...Love it!!!-everything, well almost every thing...except the kitchen...I am so sorry. I try not to say negative stuff, but I had to go there..Girl, if that kitchen was done...whoa! Looking at the rest of the house there is no telling what you could do with the kitchen-I would love to see it if you remodeled it (if you own your space)...But again, that may not be a big thing to you and I should stay in my lane...GREAT JOB!

Though I get what THERA is saying and does kinda make a good point... your space is great...whether one room or 15 at 999 sq feet.
