My favorite children's book and why I love it: I adored Peter Pan when I was little, and believed he would come to my window. I would beg my parents to call me "Wendy" when they said good night, so that Peter would think he was in the right place. :)
My children's favorite book: My baby is two months old, and I read him Good Night, Gorilla every night before bed. He usually falls asleep before the end.
A children's book illustrator I adore: Chris Van Allsburg, who illustrated The Polar Express, Jumanji, and the magical book, The Mysteries of Harris Burdick.
If my life so far were turned into a children's book the title would be: The New Mama Who Got No Sleep
