Name: Jock
Location: Dallas suburbs, Texas
After finding out we were having another baby, I scoured the internet for inspiration and found that most of my inspiration would come from other nurseries shared here on Ohdeedoh! I did not want a classic nursery look...rather, I wanted something a bit modern, a little quirky and definitely LOTS of color.
I found that light grey walls would be a perfect backdrop to all the bold colors I wanted in the room and that espresso and white would be my two main secondary colors.
A lone little stuffed owl purchased on Etsy would really be the jumping off point for the entire room. To me, it represented wisdom and knowledge and had such quirky/vintage charm. When I saw the ABC wall letters here on Ohdeedoh...I knew where I would be headed with this room!

Nomade Express Slee...
What is the paint color?
i LOVE this idea!! i don't have children, but i'm definitely keeping this one in mind when i do!
it's a great way to keep the baby room gender-neutral and not SOOO baby-like...
The paint color is Valspar "seashell grey".
is there any possible way i can remove baby stuff from the main page? I DO NOT CARE ABOUT BABY
Love the pouf. Where did you get it?
I love the chalkboard USA map! It's on my personal "wish list" of things for my house.
The pouf was a gift. I think it came from Nordstrom.
