Former The Daily Show host Jon Stewart used to call this Tribeca penthouse home. The property is once again on the market, now for $20 million.

The 6,280 square foot duplex features five bedrooms, five and a half baths, as well as a “loft like” 37 foot long living room, a media room, and a library. The open kitchen is “expertly equipped,” has a pantry, and a “grand counter as a focal point.”

The top floor (or the “bedroom floor” as the listing describes it) “centers around a perfectly proportioned recreation/casual living room with an adjoining home office, dining area/fifth bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.” The master suite—also on the top floor—includes an en suite bathroom and two “enormous” walk in closets.

The corner unit overlooks St John’s Park and has a staircase up to an “observation terrace” that has impressive views and seems pretty perfect for a moment of zen (or even “the perfect perch for an urban farm”).

Stewart, who was the host of Comedy Central’s popular news program The Daily Show from 1999 up until 2015, bought the property in 2005 for $5.8 million and sold it in 2014 for $17.5 million. Located in 161 Hudson Street, the new owners will have some famous neighbors, including actor Jeremy Piven and Mets catcher Mike Piazza.
