We do appreciate the selection of modern crib bedding available today, but sometimes we just crave soft, white sheets for baby. So we were so excited to find Jubi Products, a New Zealand company specializing in bedding and clothing in a neutral palette.

Our favorite find is the three-piece sheet set made of 100% cotton stretch double interlock. The website says its much thicker and softer than regular jersey sheets you'll find. $116 for the set.
