Lovely. Jeg elsker det.
Lots of cute stuff going on, I just can't get past the tiled floor. Tiles in the living area just seems cheap to me, despite the fact that it can be quite expensive, go figure.
It's very common in norway to have tiled floors because they are able to be heated underneath. cold winters.
Shabby & faded IKEA = Near perfect Scandinavian Style?
I've been to Scandinavia & I've seen far better up there...
FYI: 20 square meters is about 215 square feet. Looks ultra clean and welcoming but would have loved a floor plan.
215 ft2 is daunting so I guess I should applaud this, but it leaves me cold. I agree with bepsf, this is near-perfect Scandanavian style? I don't see style. I see knick-knacks and white walls.
Im not saying its ugly, but more pictures are in order.
By following the link there were more pics. That is the whole Living/bed room. One corner has a "kitchenette" (microwave)
and down the hall is a bath.
Not too darn bad considering the size
Love the work space!
I hate to say it, but I agree with bepsf.
it's cute, but very ikea. my sense of scandinavian style from this is the use of white, bright (usually primary) colors, graphic, modern art, clean lines, and light colored wood.
I live in Oslo and I see this as a cute, well utilised, small basement space, but I guess I have to agree that it's a bit everyday to be "a perfect example of Scandinavian style".
I'd love to know more about the photo of the airplane(?) Any idea about the artist/source?
