Name: Junie James
Location: Charlotte, NC
The room started black, white, and grey with unisex accents of yellow and green and now that we have a girl we've slowly been adding in pinks and reds.
Junie's favorite spot in the room is the changing table looking up at "goodmorning carl" and telling her pink hippo "henderson" jokes!
We wanted to have fun with the small space and not conform to any "typical" nursery styles. I love Scandinavian design and really pulled all my influence from that area and also my love of crafting and handmade goodness that I can't wait to pass on to miss Junie!!

What an uber-lucky miss junie! The scando-influence rocks in this room. The apple art is possible my favorite part...talented mama!
Love! We actually have all the same furniture from IKEA for our son's nursery!
What a cute room! Love the colors. Where did you get the two canvas hampers/toy bins?
the storage bins are from http://www.3sprouts.com/collections/storage-bins... thanks for the sweet comments!
What a lovely room and very child friendly. It looks like it would appeal to a child rather than mainly to the parents and although it all come together very nicely, it doesn't feel 'overly designed'. I hope Junie will have lots of good times in her room
