We've featured AREAWARE many times on Apartment Therapy, but the line of trendy home goods has only been available online and in select stores — until now.
For a limited time AREAWARE will be located in the hub of Manhattan at Port Authority with emerging local designers on display, tables from neighborhood stores like The Future Perfect, as well as their own line of funky designs and home accessories.
The AREAWARE Pop Up is located at 641 8th Avenue at the corner of 41st Street and 8th Avenue and is open now through September 26. Stop by and check them out while you have the chance!
August 18 - September 26

I love my Strida from Areaware!
Strida's are for sissies, get a real folding bike from Swiss Bike
Mike--
How convenient, considering I AM a sissy...
That said, it seems pointless for a folding bike to make it necessary to remove the front wheel when the intention is for ease of intermodal travel/commuting: biking as well as riding trains and busses - and it's easy to roll onto the elevator/train one-handed while folded.
Plus there are no gears to get knocked out of whack when checked as luggage (for no added fee) on airlines.
you tell him bepsf!
