Following the February debut of a new bedding line at Bloomingdale's, Kate Spade New York has expanded their home collection. New products are now in store at Bed Bath & Beyond. It's brighter than the stuff that's been available so far, and the prices all come in under $200 — on the high end for BB&B and the low end for Kate Spade.
To be honest, I was a little disappointed in the Bloomingdale's collection, which I found overly fussy and granny-ish. The Bed, Bath & Beyond collection is closer to what I expected from Kate Spade — spring greens, canary yellows, and poppy reds.
While not yet available online, Kate Spade bedding and towels are currently in store at Bed, Bath & Beyond and expected to be on the web soon.

It's like the worst of the 60's without the good drugs. No thanks.
I 2nd that. Truly fugly.
I went blind for a moment there.
Oh wow! All of this is terrible. Why do designers keep damaging their brands by selling stuff like this at the big box stores? I would rather save up for the good stuff.
Ugh. Back when Kate Spade was actually doing her own beddings, she had really awesome bold geometric-but-not-fugly and textured duvet sets that were to die for. This cheap flowery crap reminds me of a knockoff Lily Pulitzer/Ágata Ruiz de la Prada nightmare. Non, merci.
I like bits and pieces, but the collection as a whole is a snooze fest.
Personally I like the bath towels and rugs. I'm a fan of these things in a solid color, so the addition of the dots adds some nice texture. Glad I saved my coupon!
Here's an example of the Kate Spade Bedding of Yore I was talking about. Look how nice it USED to be! Sometimes "new" does not mean "improved."
These are ugly but the top picture here looks pretty good

and its posted from this own site....
I like the bedskirts from the BB&B line, but that's about it. The duvets are pretty terrible. I'll withhold judgment on the sheets until I see them in person.
I heart KS, but from this I'd only get the towels and a bath rug. And only the white ones, the colors look washed out.
I have been loving a lot of what the little elves at KS are doing these days. I don't think I would do any of these as a complete look, but some of the pieces seem worthy of an in-person inspection.
I like the rug in the second (yellow theme) picture. Where can I get that?!
