MY GOD can we STOP with the "keep calm" posters. Seriously my god.
This trend is beyond burned out. In fact, the charred remains have been heaped into a pile, covered with lighter fluid, and re-burned several times over.
Taryn, before you pooh-pooh the "vagueness" of Keep Calm and Carry On, please read up on the genesis of the Keep Calm campaign.
While the propaganda campaign was never implemented, its sentiment was enacted every day for 6 years by the British. Had that not been the case we very likely would be speaking German.
Not liking the trend of Keep Calm gone mad is hardly an endorsement of the Nazis or a belittlement of the sentiment in the original posters. If anything the constant tweaking of it demeans the original intent.
