I am a avid shopper of fun and modern prints on etsy and when I first saw this etsy store, I was surprised at how many of her prints I recognized to be eerily-similar to other etsy stores I enjoy buying from. Almost everyone of her prints can be attributed to another etsy sellers of prints who have been selling their prints for at minimum a year or longer.

Her "Keep Calm", Bus Stop Sign, Hometown and City prints, are more a part of popular culture or are a more affordable option of current offerings from big brand home décor names like Restoration Hardward and Pottery Barn. It is certainly everyone's right to be inspired and interpret a strong piece of design work but when MOST of it is evidently unoriginal ideas, I just feel so bad for those other etsy businesses who took the time and effort to design something new or at least put their distinct style on a piece they were inspired by.

you obviously have it in for this particular etsy seller. doesn't the fact that there are dozens of etsy sellers creating pieces with the same themes illustrate that NOTHING is original?
Doesn't matter if it's original. Just depends on your taste in decor.

Unfortunately, this is a one-artist feature so my comments probably do come across as being focused on this seller. It's also a seller that I have come across personally (I am a buyer for a modern baby items boutique store so I troll Etsy quite a bit) and felt this way prior to this feature so when I saw the feature on my feedreader I felt compelled to make a comment. But my comments carry across to all sellers who have similar tendencies.
