Keep the Bedroom Healthy: Flip your Mattress

Maybe you can't redo your whole bedroom this weekend. But you can do a thing or two to make it feel clean and light, like flipping your mattress. Technically you're supposed to flip or turn your mattress with the seasons to keep it healthy, but it's a job for 2 and is easy to put off. So this is your (Valentine's Day) weekend assignment. Even if you just flip or turn your mattress (some mattresses are no-flip so doublecheck before you start a flippin) during bedroom month at Apartment Therapy, it's a start. So read up on whether it's time for a mattress change or just time for a flip. Also you may want to make sure that your mattress hasn't expired!
