I bought the splash umbrella stand a few years ago on a trip to Australia. It can be used for several things besides holding umbrellas. I have to admit, I've never actually used it as an actual umbrella stand, but it's a pretty cool little piece. It's fun for a little splash of color whether on the shelf or on the floor with umbrellas in it.

what.. you mean most folks aren't like me and just open the wet umbrella in the tub to dry for a couple of hours before closing it and hanging it on a hook?

they all seem to only accommodate umbrellas designed in that old style. what about fold-ups or ones without a post on the end? i say the tub idea wins!
