Kids Room DIY: Black Forest Felt Antlers

Bloesem Kids

Blogger Meta of One More Mushroom has a real flair for creating cute projects that look like a blast to make too, like these adorable stuffed antlers for her son's room. Meta wanted to add a personal touch to her son's nursery and decided kid-friendly antlers were a fun way to bring that element in. Easy to make, these antlers use felt - which requires no extra finishing of edges or fancy sewing techniques. It's a great material for not-quite-sewers like myself, who just don't like thinking about seam allowances, or trying to find my iron.

Meta makes sure to note that not only are they fun to put together, but no real deer were harmed in the making of them. A very good point indeed!
