Kim's Cure: At the Finish Line and Ready to Celebrate

Liveblogging the January Cure 2014

We made it! Around this time last month I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by the post-holiday state of my apartment. After bouncing from state to state and city to city to spend time with our respective families the place we called home was becoming a neglected sort of dumping ground for half-finished projects, supplies, and the aftermath of packing and unpacking our suitcases.

Not anymore. With a bit of concentrated effort and a lot of not giving up we've managed to reclaim the space and are starting the new year with a refreshed, pared down and well organized space.

For our Cure "party" this weekend I'm planning an easy Sunday Brunch this weekend with a couple of close friends and I'm looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the results of this year's January Cure.

To prepare I'm off to pick up my weekly fresh flowers, the supplies for a couple of champagne cocktails and ingredients for frittatas and some fresh baked apple turnovers.
