Kirsten thought her kids were done with the play kitchen she'd gotten rid of until her son asked her, "When do we get it back?" Uh oh. Rather than distract him with other toys (which probably would have been our tactic) she sprung into action and created this wonderful, small play kitchen.
Since this was actually the family's second play kitchen, she wanted to keep it inexpensive and she manged to spend less than $23 plus the fabric (wow!) and get some help from her husband and a friend. The base component is an Ikea Rast table which costs around $15. Using PVC piping for a faucet is a stroke of genius and we think the adorable fabric she chose is absolutely perfect.
Thanks for sharing with us Kirsten!
