This makes my wrist relax just looking at it!

my experience with these is it made my mild carpel worse. your carpel tunnel is a thin tube through which mulitiple nerves pass, when they inflame, you feel it as CT syndrome, leaning on it only makes the pressure worse. Mine cleared up when i got rid of the wrist rest.......
